Daily rates, extensions, damage charges, refuelling, and late return costs may apply according to the agreed booking and operational conditions.

Use restrictions

Permitted use

Vehicles must be driven by approved drivers only and used in compliance with traffic law, route limits, safety expectations, and the signed rental agreement.

Prohibited use

Unsafe driving, unauthorized drivers, unlawful activity, severe misuse, overloading, or operation outside agreed terms can result in cancellation, penalties, or liability exposure.

Cancellation and liability

Cancellation windows

Refunds and cancellation outcomes depend on how close the request is to pickup and whether operational preparation or allocation has already occurred.

Damage and incidents

Customers are expected to report incidents promptly, cooperate with required reporting, and remain responsible where loss or damage results from misuse, negligence, or breach of terms.
