How do I book a vehicle?
Simply browse our fleet, select your desired vehicle and dates, then fill out the booking form. You will receive a booking reference number immediately.
When will my booking be confirmed?
Our team will review your booking and contact you within 24 hours to arrange payment and confirm your reservation.
Can I modify my booking?
Yes, contact us as soon as possible. Modifications are subject to vehicle availability.
How do I cancel my booking?
Contact us via phone or email with your booking reference number. Cancellation terms apply.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers/EFT, cash, card payments, and cheques.
When do I need to pay?
Payment is required before your booking can be confirmed. We will provide payment instructions after receiving your booking request.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a deposit is typically required to secure your booking. The amount will be confirmed during the booking process.
What is your refund policy?
Cancellations made 7+ days before pickup receive a full refund. Cancellations 3-6 days before receive 50% refund. Less than 3 days: no refund.
What do I need to rent a vehicle?
A valid driver's license (held for at least 2 years), valid ID/passport, and proof of address.
What is the minimum age to rent?
Drivers must be at least 23 years old. Drivers under 25 may incur an additional young driver fee.
Can someone else drive the vehicle?
Additional drivers must be registered on the rental agreement and meet all driver requirements.
Are vehicles insured?
All vehicles include basic insurance. Additional coverage options are available.
What if the vehicle breaks down?
Contact us immediately. We provide 24/7 roadside assistance for all rentals.
Can I extend my rental period?
Yes, contact us before your return date. Extensions are subject to vehicle availability and additional charges.
What happens if I return late?

Are there mileage limits?
Standard rentals include unlimited mileage within Namibia. Cross-border travel requires prior approval.
